This elegant well appointed villa is on the exclusive 'Residencial Bel Air' in Calpe within an 800 metre walk of the tennis club, that has a bar and restaurant, and a 1500 metre walk to the town centre. It is far enough away for peace and tranquillity, yet close enough to take full advantage of all the facilities Calpe has to offer.
Entrance to the property is through a remote controlled electric gate offering constant security.
The complex consists of 15 semi-detached and terraced villas in a U-Shape around a communal swimming pool with Mediterranean garden laid out with grass and palm trees and the villa has views of the sea and Calpe's Peñon d'Ifach.
Hot and cold air-conditioning is ducted into every room and the bathrooms and kitchen are finished to the highest quality. The kitchen is fully fitted and there is a hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.
The entrance to the villa is through a covered porch and security door into the ground floor entrance hall with cloakroom/wc then to the living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen, toilet and walk in storage cupboard with safe.
The living area has French doors making the room very light and airy. Through the double French doors, you go out to the terrace and private garden with gate leading to the communal pool and garden area.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath & separate shower) and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom, also with fitted wardrobes, has sole use of the shower room across the landing. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony with beautiful panoramic views of Calpe town and the sea.
Apart from air-conditioning and heating, the villa is fitted with double glazed windows which have roller blinds upstairs.
 

Calpe is an old fishing harbour and its most prominent landmark is the rock 'Penon de Ifach' that looms 383 metres up out of the sea behind the fishing port. Here visitors will find everything to make the holiday unforgettable such as cosy restaurants, discotheques, a cinema, lovely beaches and promenades, excursions into the mountains, coach trips, yacht charter (e.g. to Ibiza, Mallorca, Menorca). Sports facilities are to be found in Calpe itself and in the surroundings including tennis, riding, swimming, lido, boat hire, diving, fishing, wind surfing, parachuting, water skiing. Golf (9 holes) in Altea or San Jaime (8 km) and a yacht harbour in La Canuta. Because of its mild climate Calpe is very suitable for winter stays.
 

Calpe is the perfect base from which to enjoy this lovely part of the Costa Blanca. Apart from Calpe there are many places to visit along the coast including Moraira that has a marina and fishmarket, Javea that has a fine beach, a fishing harbour, restaurants and golf courses, Denia with some excellent shops on a beautiful tree lined main street, and of course Benidorm that boasts Aqualandia, Mundo Mar (Sea World) and now of course the new Disney style Terra Mitica theme park. Inland you will find the beautiful Jalon Valley and Bernia Mountain range plus caves, a safari park and waterfalls.
 

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Anthony says: "Casa Rosada is modern, very clean and tidy. It has a loveley swimming pool ( comunal) It is 20 mins walk to the night life in the centre of Calpe and cost around £5 for a taxi home. It is a quiet place and is easy to relax for a couple of weeks. i would recomend it for familys."
