This Villa is located in the middle of the village of S. Agata sui due Golfi. It is surrounded by vegetation, but at the same time very close to local shops, restaurants, and other public services such as banks. Also, once in the centre of the village, it would be easy to locate the bus stop for reaching other tourist resorts such as Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi. The villa offers a very quiet environment, with a large fenced garden, a private swimming pool of circa 21sqm. The Villa include a living/dining room with a sofa bed, from this room is possible to reach directly the swimming pool; two double rooms, and one single room. There are also two bath rooms, one comprising of a bath + shower, the other only used as service toilet; a fully equipped kitchen. The Villa also have independent central heating.
