The swimming pool is located 12 km from the house. The parking is just at the house. Private and reserved area for guests and other area in common with owner. From the house is possible to enjoy the view of coast of Amalfi and Capri and also the village of Agropoli that is 5 km. far from the house

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in living room. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television. The music system will play cassettes, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a freezer.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Only small size and not noise one, and possibly that they sleep out, there is a dog house in wooden available

shelley says: "THIS PROPERTY HAS NO POOL - regardless of what the advert says. We paid and went in good faith only to find there was no "shared swimming pool". The owner was extremely difficult to deal with and it totally ruined our holiday. The air conditioning is also only in the master bedroom not throughout and it is a two bedroom apartment (not a three bedroom farmhouse as described)."
