San Montano is a private estate by the sea half-way between Sorrento and Massa Lubrense. You can reach both areas in a few minutes by car/bus! The estate is composed of villas and apartments and the one we are proposing is few meters away from another villa we manage (have a look at reference V435). In the living area, you have a very characteristic arched panoramic window. From the same living area, you have access to an ample terrace with view of the island of Capri, equipped with sun-beds, table and chairs. Only 5 minutes walking there is a small pebble and rocky beach where you have free of charge the use of four sun-beds!! Bus stop at the entrance to the estate.
 

You reach the villa of 120 sq. metres going down 6 steps and you enter an area furnished with good taste that is divided in a living room area and a dining room area. From the living area brightned by a panoramic arched window you have access to an ample terrace, overlooking the island of Capri, equipped with sun-beds, table and chairs. In the living-room area there are also two bed settees. From the dining room area you have access to the kitchen. A corridor leads to the night area composed of two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. All the bedrooms have direct access to the panoramic terrace! There are two bathrooms: one with shower and the other one with bath. Sleeps 7; on request with bed settees 10.

 

Only 4 Km away there is the splendid town of Sorrento where you will find many shops, restaurants, bars, boutiques, discos and the theatre where you can see the Tarantella Show. 5 minutes walk away from Tasso Square, the main square in Sorrento, there is the train station should you like a trip to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. And more conveniently, about 300 metres from Tasso square you will find the hydrofoil port to enable you to take trips to the Island of Capri, Ischia, Procida and Naples.
 

Services included in the price: water, gas, weekly cleaning and change of linen, cooker and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, satellite Tv, stereo with CD player, DVD, air-conditioning and heating (for winter period), barbecue on the terrace, two sun beds on the beach. Internet connection 1 hour per week. Services not included in the price: electricity (Euro 0,35 per Kw), extra people to sleep in the bed-settee and other services on request (i.e. cook, boat excursions, etc.). Internet connection 24 hours a day at Euro 20,00 per week.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 single. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the in the living room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 10 in the living room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.
