Splendid villa with swimming pool surrounded by greenery, with a magnificent panorama which dominates the entire Sorrentine peninsula and the Bay of Naples. The villa is at 5 km from Sorrento centre and 3 km from Sant’Agata, a pretty village both traditional and at the same time modern with all facilities such as "Don Alfonso" one of the most popular restaurants in Europe. In 20 minutes by car or bus you can reach the sea where you will find enchanting pebble beaches, both free and with private bathing establishments, plus restaurants where you will be able to taste fresh fish dishes and local specialities. For those not using a car the bus stop is just 50 mt away. The railway station and port are about 5 km away and, from the latter hydrofoils for Naples, Ischia, Procida and the enchanting island of Capri.

 

The property of 300 sq. metres has a private gateway where you can park your car (three spaces). Going down a few steps, you reach the gardens that surround the villa, here you find the annex that has to be considered as an integral part of the structure. The annex contains 2 double bedrooms one of which contains a double sofa bed with the possibility of adding an extra single sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower.
Going down a few more steps you reach the main entrance of the villa which is built on on two levels: on the upper level you find the night area composed of: 3 double bedrooms, one having terrace with sea view, and another bedroom with bunkbeds, 2 bathrooms (one with idromassage shower and another with shower). On the lower floor there is a kitchen equipped with an electric oven, microwave, a cool wine cellar, 2 fridges, dishwasher and washing machine, a third bathroom with shower and a room with settees, sat TV, dining area with table and chairs where you can lunch or dine all together. From this area you have access to the swimming-pool of 21 sq mt and to the terrace with sea view where you will be able to take your meals in the open air. The garden has 3 panoramic terraces, a garden with goal post, a wood fired oven for pizzas and barbecues, ping-pong table. Sleeps 12; with single bed settee 13.

 

Only 5 Km away there is the splendid town of Sorrento where you will find many shops, restaurants, bars, boutiques, banks, discos and the theatre where you can see the Tarantella Show. 5 minutes walk away from Tasso Square, the main square in Sorrento, there is the train station should you like a trip to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. And more conveniently, about 300 metres from Tasso square you will find the hydrofoil port to enable you to take trips to the Island of Capri, Ischia, Procida and Naples.
