Everything is at hand: restaurants, bars, shops and banks. We mention the known restaurant Don Alfonso, one of the most famous restaurants in Europe that it is far 300 metres only. The sea is at a distance of 6 km, the port and Sorrento centre with fast hydrofoils for excursions at 7 km, railway station at 7 km. Bus stop to the beach and Sorrento centre at 200 metres.

 

Entering by the main gate, you can park under a beautiful vine pergola and then you reach the garden and the ample villa provided with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms built on two levels: the ground floor with entrance, living-room and fireplace, sofas, TV and direct entry to the garden with wood-fired oven for pizzas and to the covered patio equipped with wooden table and chairs for meals "al fresco" large furnished kitchen with table and chairs, oven, dishwasher, deep-fryer, electric oven, toaster, laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, fridge, two freezers, direct entry to the garden and to the covered patio a bathroom with bath and shower, 1 double bedroom, another bedrooms with 2 single beds, both with direct entry to the swimming pool and an equipped solarium with deckchairs, sunbeds, barbecue climbing few steps, there is the upper floor with 1 double sea-view bedroom (with one added single bed), 1 single bedroom with direct entry to the 32 sq.m. sea-view terrace (possibility to move on request the single bed of the third double bedroom in the single bedroom forming a fourth bedroom with 2 sigle beds), another bathroom with shower only. Sleeps 8.

 

Only 8 Km away there is the splendid town of Sorrento where you will find many shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, discos and the theatre where you can see the Tarantella Show. 5 minutes walk away from Tasso Square, the main square in Sorrento, there is the train station should you like a trip to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. And more conveniently, about 300 metres from Tasso square you will find the hydrofoil port to enable you to take trips to the Island of Capri, Ischia, Procida and Naples.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

There is room for 8 in the living room. To prepare food you will find an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
