In the centre of Positano, famous tourist locality on the Amalfi Coast, we offer a prestigious apartment with sea view elegantly furnished and with all comforts! At a distance of only 100 mt starts the shaded and pleasant path to the sea characterized by the small and elegant shops displaying the light and colourful clothing... typical of the area. The sea is just 500 mt away, with public and private sandy beaches and the famous restaurants on the sea, and you can reach it by bus or through the characteristics inner paths; from here you can catch the hydrofoils or you can join private boat trips for excursions to the island of Capri, Sorrento, Amalfi. Bus stop, shops, bars and restaurants at 200 mt. At just few Km from many other enchanting places: Sorrento at 9 Km; Amalfi at 15 Km; Ravello at 17 Km.

 

Going down 90 step, you reach the very ample three-roomed apartment of 180 sq mt composed of: spacious living room with sofas and direct access to the sea view terrace of 25 sq mt, equipped with sun beds, sun umbrellas, table and chairs where you can have unforgettable meals while you enjoy the enchanting views over the beach of Positano; kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine; two triple bedrooms (one of them with sea view), four bathrooms (two with bath tub and shower, one with shower, one service bathroom). Going up few steps you reach an ample gallery of 25 sq mt with double bed and single bed with sea view. Sleeps 9.

 

About 9 Km away there is the splendid town of Sorrento where you will find many shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, banks, discos and the theatre where you can see the Tarantella Show. 5 minutes walk away from Tasso Square, the main square in Sorrento, there is the train station should you like a trip to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. And more conveniently, about 300 metres from Tasso square you will find the hydrofoil port to enable you to take trips to the Island of Capri, Ischia, Procida and Naples.


 

Services included in the price: Water, gas, weekly cleaning and change of linen, TV, fridge, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Services not included in the price: Parking space at 200 mt, air conditioning and heating, electricity Euro 0,30 per Kw.

The apartment comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 1 single. . This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 4 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television.

There is room for 9 in the living room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has a summer house, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find horse riding, tennis, scuba diving.

Dear Ersilia,
I wanted to write and thank you for all that you did to make our holiday in Positano special. The villa was everything we had hoped it would be, and quite a bit more! And the views were spectacular. I found myself taking a new picture of the sunrise every morning! We also enjoyed "looking in" on the weddings we saw taking place at the lovely church from our terrace. Between those at the church in Positano, and in Ravello and Capri, I think we saw 10 weddings while we were there!
The villa itself could not have been more beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Its placement gave us such wonderful breezes. And even though we spent many glorious moments on the terrace, we also loved how the interior felt - lots of room and the most beautiful tile work I have ever seen. Did you know that our villa appears in many of the charming paintings and drawings of Positano that we saw for sale along the winding streets of the town? It's quite spectacular.
Thank you again, Ersilia, for a picture-perfect holiday. I will most definitely stay in touch with you to help arrange my family's holiday next year on the Amalfi coast.
