A dream holiday!!! This apartment is not only in one of the most celebrated tourist areas of the world, but only a few in fact very few of those who have had the pleasure of a holiday here, have also had the privilege of staying in an apartment only ten metres from the sea, and what's more having it's own small private beach with palm-trees, sun bed and umbrella. The private path leading to the apartment protected by a locked gate has a wonderful panorama, being only ten metres from the sea. It also has a terrace with an overhead canopy of wisteria and is equipped with sun bed, deckchair and umbrella. In conclusion may we add that the apartment is equipped with air conditioning. The most renowned restaurants in Positano, boutiques, shops and the "night life" are a few steps away.

 

A private path with locked gate leads to the apartment and the beach. The apartment comprises: lounge/dining room with fireplace, double bed-settee and direct access to the terrace with sun bed, chairs and umbrella; equipped kitchen overlooking the sea and with direct access to the terrace; double bedroom with extra single bed, second bedroom available as a double or twin room, 2 bathrooms: one with bath and shower, another with shower only. Sleeps 5; with bed settee 7.

Adjacent apartment is a smaller one (see reference B225) sleeps 3; with bed-settee 5.

 

About 8 Km away there is the splendid town of Sorrento where you will find many shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, discos and the theatre where you can see the Tarantella Show. 5 minutes walk away from Tasso Square, the main square in Sorrento, there is the train station should you like a trip to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. And more conveniently, about 300 metres from Tasso square you will find the hydrofoil port to enable you to take trips to the Island of Capri, Ischia, Procida and Naples.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the in the bedroom, 1 double sofa bed located in the in the living room. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has satellite/cable.

There is room for 7 in the living room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has a garden, a summer house, a patio area (with heater), a balcony, sea views, panoramic views.

The apartment is right beside a beach, swimming, sailing, boat hire, fishing, walking, cycling, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find tennis, a sports center.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find horse riding.
