THE HOUSE IS ON A DEVELOPMENT OF PRIVATELY OWNED MOROCCAN PUEBLO STYLE VILLAS WITH ROOF TERRACE AND PATIO. ON-SITE FACILITIES INCLUDE A CLOVERLEAF SWIMMING POOL WITH CHILDRENS SECTION, LIFE GUARDS, PALM TREES AND POOLSIDE BAR. THE POOL IS OPEN FROM JUNE UNTILL THE END OF SEPTEMBER. (OPENS 11AM) THERE ARE ALSO BARS AND RESTAURANTS AND A SMALL SUPERMARKET THAT STOCKS ALL THE ESSENTIALS. THE HOUSE IS LAID OUT OVER 3 FLOORS INCLUDING THE GROUND FLOOR CONSISTING OF KITCHEN, DINING AREA AND LOUNGE WITH CEILING FAN. THE FIRST FLOOR HAS 2 BEDROOMS WITH CEILING FANS AND A BATHROOM. THE SECOND FLOOR HAS A BATHROOM AND ROOF TERRACE. 

SITUATED IN A SEMI-RURAL LOCATION BETWEEN ALICANTE AND BENIDORM. THERE ARE NUMEROUS SANDY BEACHES AND A LOCAL TRAIN (IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO HIRE A CAR) WHICH IS VERY RELIABLE AND PUNCTUAL. THE TRAIN RUNS ALONG THE COAST FROM ALICANTE TO DENIA. THE STATION FROM THE HOUSE IS ONLY A 2 MINS WALK. 

TERRAMITIKA ADVENTURE PARK, AQUALAND WATERWORLD AND MUNDAMAR DOLPHINWORLD ARE ALL ACCESSABLE BY TRAIN AS IS BENIDORM. THERE ARE THREE GOLF COURSES, TWO IN ALICANTE AND BONALBA WHICH IS ONLY 10MINS DRIVE. THERE ARE MANY SANDY BEACHES. EL CAMPELLO AND SAN JUAN PLAYA ARE LARGE SANDY BEACHES. EL CAMPELLO WITH IS SEAFRONT BOULEVARD LINED WITH PALM TREES, RESTAURANTS,A MARINA,VARIOUS SMALL SHOPS,SAILING AND FISHING TRIPS,PLENTY OF NIGHTLIFE PLUS A LOCAL FARMERS MARKET EVERY WEDNESDAY. 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Larry says: "The apartment was very nice, bright and airy. Our contact person, Helen, was a delight. The location is close to the tram stop, however it only stops once an hour in either direction. The complex has a nice small market, cafe and internet access just a short walk away. A car isnt absoluty nesessary, but it was nice to have one and have safe parking close to the apartment. The car allowed use it to make the trip to the Supermarket Carefour and tour the country side. But use the tram to go into Alicante!!! We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we were to return to the El Campello area."
