The apartment is located in the Terrazas de la Paz complex on the 1st Floor (top floor penthouse), which is only 10 minutes from the airport. The 2 large terraces have wonderful sea views, plus a patio table and chairs. The lounge comprises of a double sofabed and an armchair, TV, and the dining area seats four people. The bedroom sleeps two people, having 2 single beds, and has a large wardrobe for your belongings, and the fully fitted kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. 

Terrazas de la Paz boasts two swimming pools (on of them will be heated in Novembrer 2008). Its only a five minute walk to the Commercial Centre, where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants & shops. Golf del Sur is built around a 27 hole Championship golf course right on the coast, and is a beautiful oasis of greenery. In addition to the golf you can find a brand new Championship bowling green, crazy golf, gymnasiums and saunas.  

 

Tenerife and Golf del Sur is perfectly located for the many amenities that South Tenerife has to offer. From the beaches and bars of Playa de las Americas to the sophistication of La Laguna, and from the majestic beauty of Mount Teide and the National Park to the dolphins and tigers of Puerto de la Cruzs Loro Parque, there are many, many sights for you to explore. Golfers are flocking to Tenerife for the high quality courses of South Tenerife - including Golf del Sur itself and the nearby Amarilla Golf course, as well as courses at Playa de las Americas, Adeje, Buenavista and Abama Golf (Guia de Isora).

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: "This was the first time that we have gone self-catering in an apartment and we were very happy with it. There was everything we needed and even though it was on the flight path for the airport we found that it caused us no trouble at all. In fact, we quite enjoyed watching the planes coming in. We soon found out that when the planes come in from a different direction we were in for rain. As it was December we expected some rain but for 12 days out of the 14 the weather was 24 degs with a lovely breeze that made it really comfortable. The apartment was within a short distance of the San Blas where we ate and bought our groceries and near a bus stop so that we could go further afield."
