This lovely 3 bed Tenerife villa to rent with private heated pool is in a fantastic position within the south west coastal resort of Playa Paraiso in the municipality of Adeje. With all day sunshine on the pool area and with a sunny top floor balcony it is ideal for those who like to worship the sun in private.

Villa Playa Paraiso is ideal for a relaxing holiday but the bright lights of Las Americas are just a 10 minute drive away. Paraiso itself has some high quaility bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the villa.

The living room is comfortably furnished and includes an internet connection and bar. You are asked simply to replace what you use. The bar has its own fridge.

The master and 2nd bedrooms of this lovely Tenerife villa are on the 1st floor. The master is particularly spacious and benefits from an ensuite bathroom and patio doors to the terrace that runs the length of the upstairs and has beautiful sea views. Both the upstairs bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms

The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and patio doors to the upstairs sun terrace.

The 3rd bedroom is on the ground floor. It has patio doors to the terrace and pool area. There is also a family bathroom on the ground floor.

The living room has satellite TV including BBC, ITV, CH4 and CH5. There are many books and DVDs for you to enjoy. A double sofa bed can accommodate to 2 people, allowing the villa to sleep up to 8. All bedrooms and Living room have ceiling fans but the traditional Canarian construction makes the Villa remarkably cool and ideal for escaping the endless sun.

The top terrace runs the length of the villa and is not only a lovely place to soak in in the sun but also has lovely sea views. From here you can simply dro p into the pool to cool down!

 

Whether you stay in at night and enjoy the Villa or simply stroll down to the easily accessed restaurants and bars of Paraiso it is an ideal place to unwind and take in the sights and smells that surround this lovely part of Tenerife.

Playa Paraiso is a smaller, more laid back resort but has some high quality amenities too. It is actually known for having the sunniest climate on the whole of Tenerife!!

Playa Paraiso does have a small beach but Las Americas is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find several long golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. Whilst fantastic for a day or night out, after a day in Las Americas, many people find they are glad to return to the more peaceful area of Playa Paraiso and this lovely villa. The resort is also ideal for those wishing to venture further up the west coast and enjoy the cliffs at Los Gigantes for instance.

Kitchen: Fully fitted with a full size oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster. There is a small courtyard off the back of the kitchen..

Master bedroom: Located on 1st floor. Double bed, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom. Doors to top terrace and sea views.

Second bedroom: Located on 1st floor. Twin beds fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and ensuite. Doors to top terrace and sea views.

Third bedroom: Ground floor, twin beds, ceiling fans. Doors to main terrace and pool.

Bathrooms: 2 ensuite bathrooms downstairs with baths and showers. One bathroom with shower downstairs.

A cot is provided free of charge. The villa has a safe.

Villa Grounds: Private electrically heated pool, sunbeds, table and 6 chairs, pool side shower, awning to keep you cool if required, and sea views.

At the front of the villa there are borders planted with tropical shrubs. There is parking for one vehicle.

Beverages/Linen Change: A welcome pack can be included. Towels and linen change weekly.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a patio area, sea views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Irene says: "Had a fantastic at this lovely villa. The pool was sparkling and warm - we couldnt get the kids out of it!! We enjoyed the area of Playa Paraiso. There is enough to do without being too noisy with a good selec tion of bars and restaurants. if you like it even livelier then Las Americas isnt far but on the odd occasion when we did venture out, we were always very pleased to be coming back to the peacefulness of our villa. The communication from Jon throughout the booking process was excellent. Would book again."
