This beautiful apartment is set in an extremely quiet and serene area, absolutely ideal for a relaxing ‘get away from it all’ holiday, located in the sort after area of Costa Adeje, surrounded by 5 star hotels, Bahia Del Duque, La Plantacion, Jardines Del Tiede situated between the town of Adeje and the beautiful fishing village of La Caleta, adjacent to Playa de las Americas.


 

For golfers, nearby is Tenerife’s best championship standard golf course – Costa Adeje Golf Course and driving range.
The course at Adeje, is one of the best in the Canary Islands, and certainly the most picturesque. There is the eighteen hole, par 72, 6,783 yards Championship course, and also a par 32, nine hole course at Adeje, and there are four other golf courses within 20 minutes, Golf del Sur (twenty-seven holes), Amarilla Golf, Golf Las Americas, and the brand new course at Abama. There are also two courses on the North of the island, and if you feel a bit adventurous, you can take the fast catamaran to La Gomera (35 minutes) and play the fantastic golf course at La Tecina.
For the rest of us, Tenerife offers every sport and pastime imaginable, snorkeling, scuba diving, whale and dolphin spotting, tennis, squash, numerous spas, you name it, we’ve got it! And when you’ve had enough of all that, you can just sunbath 52 weeks of the year in what must be the world’s most gentle climate, where daytime temperatures rarely exceed 30ºC in summer and rarely dro p below 22º in winter.

 

The complex is completely secure, gated with cctv and overnight security for total peace of mind, it also has a gated swimming pool with spacious sun bathing terrace and sun beds that add to the quiet atmosphere of the complex.

Running the length of the complex is a beautifully maintained garden.

The Apartment is very spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard. The large lounge/dining room has a large leather corner suite with a matching sofa. The dining table comfortably seats four people. It has a fully fitted, well equipped kitchen, built-in oven/hob, fridge, microwave, toaster. The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has twin beds plus a pull out bed serves to make it possible to accommodate 5 persons.
There is a separate bathroom, and a second toilet. Utility room with washing machine, iron/ironing board etc.

If the apartment is not booked, you may stay until you need go to the airport. However, this needs to be requested with the owners who will confirm it with you otherwise the normal check in/out times apply.

There is also Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, and Water for you on arrival.

The owners are flexible on arrival days - so you can advantage of those cheap midweek flights.

The manager of this apartment can arrange airport transfers for your convenience at a very reasonable price, we will have a walk-in mini bus for additional airport transfer traffic, so we will be able to take up to 6 passenger plus luggage, also this vehicle will be adaptable for occupied wheel chair. The complex benefits from a private communal pool, and a pleasant internal central garden area which is maintained to high standard. This property has two separate patio areas, both with patio sets, A car is a benefit, but is not necessary to enjoy your holiday. some less able clients may prefer to get transport back to this apartment. Although smoking is not allowed within the premises within the grounds is fine.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 single sofa bed. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television video, dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
