This 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom private villa is located on the Golf Del Sur. On entering the large hallway you have the kitchen on your left which come with all mod cons. Washing machine, dishwasher and fan assited oven. Out of the kitchen and into the dining and living area, here you can watch SKY tv on the 32 plasma tv, DVD player or just relax listening to music. A conservatory from the living area leads out onto the large terrace area which boasts a private heated pool, sun loungers, patio tables and chairs and umbrella. There is also a hot tub and bar (Which we are afraid you will need to stock yourself!!) The villa sleeps 8, and each of the bedrooms have en-suites, as well as there being a spare bathroom. 3 of the bedrooms have double beds and one room with twin beds. The villa is also airconditioned in most rooms. We are able to offer welcome packs, cleaning services and good sensible advise and help with any trips or car hire.
 

 

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the 2 x "Z" beds are available and can be errected in any room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa has access direct from the road, is flat all the way through and is big enough to accomadate a wheelchair. There is no hoist however for the pool 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, flying, walking, cycling, mountain biking, golf, tennis, scuba diving, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, horse riding, a zoo.
