There are two 27 hole golf courses (Amarilla Golf and Royal Tenerife) and a 9 hole course (Palm Mar) all within a 15 minute drive. The popular, lively resort of Playa de las Americas with its clean beaches is only 12 minutes away where many restaurants and bars can be found, also in this area is a large and popular water theme park Aqualand plus the newly opened Siam Park, Europes largest water park.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. The villa has a sauna.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Vladimir says: "Вилла идально подходит для двух семей с двумя малеькими и одним взрослым ребёнком.Имеется 2 полноценные спальни,одна,-небольшая с двумя раздельными кроватями и одна спальня,почему-то смежная с санузлом не имеет разделяющей двери,просто арочка.В остальном всё заявленное соответствует действительности.Было очень удобно и комфортно.всё необходимое для жизни и проживания на вилле имеется.И всё же 5-и звёздочной(роскошной)я её бы не назвал.Твёрдая четвёрка."
