There is outside dining for 6 on one undercover patio and comfortable chairs for relaxing on another The pool is not heated in December and January as the nightime temperature is cooler and the pool will not retain its heat. Dont forget there is an olympic sized pool only 100m from this villa. There will be some basic items at the villa, including toilet rolls, milk, bread and water. Usually shampoos, suncreams, tea and coffee are left from renter to renter, please use what you find, but be considerate of the next renter. Each room will have Bath towels, hand towels and beach towels. There is also a hairdyer and ironing board/iron at the villa. The villa has wireless braodband availability. The local management company are local and English. There contact details will be emailed to you when you book. Many people book the villa reassured in the knowledge that they are close by.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
