This exquisitely renovated Victorian cottage has an upmarket, eclectic, high quality interior. It has two en-suite bedrooms, (sleeps 4) an open plan lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine and tumble drier). It also has a private patio facing the lush greenery of the vast Technikon property it borders plus private secure parking. The guests at the cottage will have access to the swimming pool and courtyard as well as the public areas at Welgelegen Guest House.  

 

 

The cottage comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The cottage has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The cottage has television satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this cottage.

The cottage is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area. If you are driving there is private parking.

The cottage is right beside walking, cycling.
