The fully equipped, modern kitchen is open-planto the dining / living room, as well as open to the adjacent in-house entertainment /barbecue area (winter garden). The Wintergarden with its built-in barbecue complements the outside barbecue and thus, ensures all weather entertainment.
Enjoy the views (and even sound) of the ocean, fairway and famous Robben Island from the raised and spacious terrace. The terrace offers a built-in BBQ and is fitted with garden furniture (table/chairs). The terrace is adjoining to the secluded, private pool area. The pool is enlosed with large glass doors, which separates it from the terrace. 

The 'Atlantic Beach Golf Estate' is situated in a nature conservation area, next to 8km sand beach. The estate offers, next to golfing, opportunities for walking, jogging and cycling in a secure environment along the numerous paths within the estate. A restaurant and bar are located in the nearby Clubhouse, which is also located on the estate.
The Atlantic Beach Golf Estate is a convenient base to explore the nearby picturesque sand beaches, Cape Town and the Cape’s historic winelands.

In addition, tennis courts, a communal swimming pool and a gym are available at the nearby golf club house. The golf club house also offers a restaurant and bar.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
