This charming and intimate development was not designed as a rental complex, so the finishes and detail are exceptional. 

Our rental villa is situated in the quaint community of East End on Grand Cayman, away from all the noise and congestion of Georgetown and 7-mile beach. Parking is a HUGE problem in Georgetown and on 7 mile beach -- there are very few public parking lots, and many streets do not allow parking. If that isn't bad enough, It is common for 5-7 cruise ships to be docked at the Georgetown port EVERY DAY!!! Shopping under these conditions is not pleasurable. Nor is getting served in a restaurant near the port or near the passenger "drop off" point on 7-mile Beach. Nevertheless, some people thrive on crowds and activity -- in this case, the East End is not for you.

The main attraction of the East end, in addition to the tranquillity, of course, is the fabulous diving. It is a well-known fact among divers that the best diving in Grand Cayman is in the East End. One of the best dive operators on the island, Ocean Frontiers, is a 2 minute drive away.
 

Private 3-storey villa in an intimate complex of multi-coloured Caribbean Style Villas around a beautiful 5-tier swimming pool with 3 waterfalls and whirlpool tub. One of the pools is 3' ( 1 metre ) deep -- ideal for children or non-swimmers. Beautiful beach directly across the street, part of the same complex.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Loft. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, scuba diving, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, historic sites, shopping areas, a themepark.
