The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Narcisa says: "In addition to villa we charted the yacht, as the combination of the two was the best value we could find on the island, having planned a week of sailing and some wanting the comforts of four walls. 7 of us went on holiday 5 adults and 2 kids. The yacht was an extension of the living quarters which kids enjoyed sleeping in immensely. The villa has a great location, 3min stroll to the Jolly Beach and 7min walk to the local supermarket (they make own fresh bread!!!). The yacht is moored in front of the terrace, which made it easy to hop on whilst the kids were still asleep and sail around the island, as well as go for an overnight trip to Barbuda. The evenings were mainly spent sitting on the specious terrace refreshing in the cool breeze coming from the waterfront. The villa itself has all the basics you need for a good holiday, air conditioning and mosquito nets, big fridge/freezer and American stile cooker - important for a big family. Living quarters are specious and cable TV provides hours of cartoons. Handy for sitting kids in front of it at the end of the day when you want to enjoy your glass of wine with adults yards away on the terrace. The owners friend, who is a local man is on hand for any pointers you may require, also to introduce the boat basics, as well as offer his skipper experience, if you are not used to bareboat sailing. He was invaluable to our stay. We would recommend the villa to our friends and would rent it again ourselves."
