The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find horse riding.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find historic sites, a museum, shopping areas.

Paul says: "The first thing to say is that the staff at HBK were outstanding. Our travels plans changed at the last minute and they were able to accommodate us with ease. All the staff were easy to deal with and professional but Donald stood out as an absolute star! The accommodation was good and represents excellent value for money - for a relatively cheap way to spend a week in Antigua the villas are great. The property was clean and relatively well appointed, the addition of a washing machine would make life easier, especially for those people travelling with young children. The development had everything that we needed in terms of shops, restaurants etc and we felt safe at all times. Would definately go back and would highly recommend. "
