Bay House Villa is designed for al fresco living with extensive verandas and decks that extend the internal spaces outwards. All principal rooms open to covered external areas, creating an ambiguous edge between the inside and outside - so suited to well-adjusted tropical living. The wide swing-back doors of the living areas and from the hall connecting the bedrooms with the pool deck can be secured open during the day to take full advantage of the cooling breezes and glorious sunshine.

The three double bedrooms are all en-suite with the master bedroom having direct access to the pool deck. The main living area features glass doors to two sides, providing access to the veranda areas and unrestricted scenic views. The kitchen area is fully fitted with a range of base and wall units and includes a stove with oven and hob, an American style refrigerator, and a washing machine. The kitchen also has double door access to the dining veranda. Ceiling fans and air conditioning are fitted in all rooms. Each villa is serviced with cable television, DVD player, hi-fi, DVD and CD libraries, and high-speed Internet connection (subject to availability). 

Hamilton Estate stands on a peaceful hillside situated on the Caribbean west coast of Antigua, a fifteen-minute drive to the capital St Johns and twenty-minutes from the airport. Jolly Beach is just a few hundred yards away a long sweep of soft white sand and turquoise sea fringed by palm trees and with a backdrop of scenic hills and peaks.

The entrance to Jolly Harbour Marina and resort is also just 10 minutes walk from Hamilton Estate. This extensive complex offers the largest and finest marina in the Caribbean and superb recreation facilities. A fine 18-hole golf course and a sports centre. The commercial centre has a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket to sustain the needs for everyday living. For all its many amenities, Jolly Harbour remains a sophisticated and tranquil setting to while away the holiday hours.

The first class finish and furnishings ensure you have a pleasant home from home experience. Everything you could require is provided: cable television, DVD player, hi-fi, DVD and CD libraries, and high-speed internet connection (subject to availability). Ceiling fans and air conditioning are fitted in all rooms.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything that we needed. The swimming pool was such a bonus after a day on the beautiful beaches around Antigua to come back and relax with a rum and coke around the pool and watch the sun go down. I also wanted to thank you for all the information that you gave me, which I found extremely helpful. I was especially grateful for Robert's wife picking me up at the airport. Thank you again for the use of your lovely home.

We had 'the holiday of a life time!'
Your Villa is beautiful, it was lovely and clean on arrival.Amazingly spacous and could comfortably accomodate more than my family. The facilities were wonderful, pool, kitchen , bathrooms and very comfy beds. Robert is also an asset, you wouldnt find many as helpful as he offered to be in Britain! Please thank him for going for our missing suitcase at the airport without even being asked! The location was perfect. Local to beach and resort.I travelled on the bus most afternoons and walked back via the beaches and sea, it was amazing. The kids/younger adults loved the shopping complex and pool.
It was a special family gathering holiday and I couldnt have chose a better Villa or IslandThankyou!
Back to work now, enthused by the dreams of another stay at Bay House.

We were really pleasantly suprised by how nice Bay House Villa is, it looks much more spacious and comfortable than it does in the photos on the website even though they make it look very nice! It was a great place for our family to relax together for a week. The pool and veranda area with BBQ were great and got a lot of use from us! It's close enough to some of the nicest beaches (valley church beach is my favourite) on the island and all the conveniences of Jolly Harbour. We would certainly recommend it to others.
