In the extended lounge there are two leather sofas and moden dining table and 4 chairs also a flat screen TV,cable, DVD Player, tastefully decorated with modern lamps and pictures. The downstairs cloakroom and ensuite bathroom are fully tiled with new sanitary wear. The villa has air-con throughout a driveway and garage, there is also off road parking opposite the villa, Two bicylces for use with the villa. The bedroom is a good size with a 5ft bed and a double fold away bed can be used upstairs or down also a foldaway cot is available at the property, built in wardrobe with safety deposit box, ensuite bathroom, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets table lamps, small balcony to front of property and large balcony with outdoor seating and sun loungers overlooking the pool and marina. Maid service , welcome pack, airport transfer available(at local charge). 

The villa is set in the beautiful marina complex of Jolly Harbour which is a 24 hour secure gated complex, with a variety of bars, resturants and entertainment. The complex boasts an 18 hole golf course, tennis/squash courts, Large communal pool, Casino, bank, pharmacy , large supermarket, hairdressers, car/golf buggy/moped/boat hire, internet room set on Antigua's mile long best beach, with views of neighbouring islands. All watersports/fishing and boat trips are available. All facilities are with in a 5 minute walk from the villa. 

Jolly Harbour is only 30 minutes from Antigua's international airport, with daily flights from the UK, only 7.5 hours until you reach this beautiful island with its stunning beaches , boasting 365 one for everyday of the year!! It has an all year round warm climate, and the English speaking local's are without doubt the friendliest in the world. There are several attractions to see including Nelson's Dockyard, English Harbour,Devils Bridge and sunday night party and bar-b-que at Shirley Heights. Duty free shopping can be found in the capital St Johns only 20 minutes away, also you can take in the fruit/fish markets and local vendors market selling local produce. Antigua is an easy island to explore so hire a car and just drive!

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Bev & Ron says: "Lovely villa, well located in walking distance to everything you need including supermarket (200 yds max), harbour, beach, bars, internet cafe, gift shops, newsagents/chemist. The villa is clean with modern furnishings/decor and lots of little touches e.g. hair straighteners, CDs, books, gas BBQ, iPod doc and everything else you could possibly need. The cleaner, a local lady, was delightful and spent time explaining local traditions and recipes (we loved her and Naomi the rep from JHR was fab). We used the bicycles to cycle to a lovely deserted beach and would recommend Cocos for lunch or dinner and 20/20 beach bar to watch the sun go down over Redonda, Nevis and Monserrat. The plunge pool in the villa was just right and as we stayed for 4 weeks we found ourselves using the BBQ most days (the gas bottle didnt run out until the last day !!). Would we recommend it to friends ??? Well, yes but not if our future bookings are likely to clash - we loved it and will be booking again as soon as we can. Thank you, Bev & Ron Pettiford"
