The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the One of the bedrooms has two queen size beds. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 3 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine. Recreational activities available with the house include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
