Wynfield is a delightful caribbean villa with four air conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms. The house is perfect for adults, families and children providing a grassed area for play and a freshwater swimming Pool.

Mammee Bay Estate is situated five minutes drive from Dunns River Falls and Ten minutes from Ocho Rios Town. The private and tranquil setting is home to exclusive residences and villas and boasts its own private beach club which is within walking distance. Superbly located for shopping, water sports and a full range of leisure activities and sight seeing; including horseriding, Golf and nightlife.

The house is simple, light, airy and fully equipped to provide the perfect vacation. Bedrooms have either tiled or parquet floors , all are air conditioned and have ceiling fans. Wynfield is fully mosquito screened to ensure your comfort and Caribbean slatted windows take full advantage of the coastal breezes.
 

Wynfield provides separate dining and living areas and a fully equipped kitchen in which our Cook will prepare your meals. King and Twin bedrooms are located on the ground floor with a King Master private dressing room located on the first floor. Twin beds can be converted to Kings if required. . All Bathrooms have showers over tub.

Wynfield has a large lounge for larger groups and also provides spaces for quieter or closer times such as the covered and shaded rear terrace which overlooks the rear garden or relaxing hammock. The house also comes equipped with garden, beach and pool toys as well as games for indoors. Ideal for youngsters, the pool area is gated off and separate to the general garden space. The Pool is overlooked by a large, and airy covered veranda.

You will find that the decor at Wynfield is very simple - white painted walls; basic cabinetry in bathroom and kitchen and linens of white cotton.
 

The reliable, helpful and courteous staff are Winsome our Manger, Valerie our Cook, Ruby our Housekeeper; Paul ensures that the pool is always in tip top condition and Peter takes care of the garden .Our Manager, Winsome will ensure that everything operates to set standards. There is also the added security and peace of mind provided by a night watchman Winsom stays within a separate staff cottage within the property during your stay. The staff will ensure your stay is absolutely enjoyable respecting your privacy at all times.

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the A foldaway bed that can be placed in bedroom. This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a patio area, a balcony. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, historic sites.
