Sealofts Unit 37 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom unit tastefully decorated in a Caribbean decor. It features Air Conditioning, TV, DVD, Stereo, Telephone, Wireless computer access and a washer and dryer. It has been recently remodelled with a new Caribbean bright colour scheme. Bedrooms have been updated with new curtains, fresh bed linens and accent rugs. Bathrooms also have been refreshed with new towels, linens and accessories. The fully equipped kitchen has a brand new Refrigerator and many new appliances. The kitchen features bright and colourful Caribbean stoneware and glasses and a recently updated dining table coordinating with the Living area decor.


Unit 37 directly overlooks the pool and features 2 balconies, one from the second floor and one from the 3rd floor master loft bedroom. Both bedrooms feature double beds, double closets, double dressers and are fully updated. The second floor bedroom also features an in closet safe for peace of mind with your valuables. The Living area also offers a pull out double bed sofa.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a north facing patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, scuba diving, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Mark says: "the apartment is nicely appointed and right next to the pool. the local staff were very helpful and provided cot and highchair for our son. Barely 30 seconds walk to Atlantic beaches and only five minutes walk from Caribbean beaches and selec tion of bars. There are a number of restaurants within a few minutes walk. There are plenty of Taxis available just next door to the complex or hire a car! Plenty of quiet and unspolit beaches. South Friars Beach excellent for snorkelling. We had Majors Bay and Cockleshell beach to ourselves a number of times. The Scenic railway a bit overpriced. Recommend SpratNet on the other side of Basseterre for dinner. "
