This is a new luxury villa with all modern facilities, including the option of air conditioning and heated swimming pool.

The villa is fitted to the highest standards throughout with under floor heating in the bathrooms and log fire in the winter for extra comfort.
 

The living room has a patio door leading to a large covered area suitable for dining or other outdoor activities, and leads to the kitchen or main bedroom.
This overlooks the pool area and countryside.
There is a shaded garden at the rear of the villa. 

A maid visits three times per week. Bed linen and towels are changed twice per week. Beach are towels are not provided.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, climbing, flying, mountain biking, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a food shop.
