The villa is in a secluded but not remote rural area with an uninterrupted view of 2 km to the sea. It is very spacious with 5 double bedrooms (with single beds pushed together for doubles). The master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and en suite. There is a separate loo and bathroom/shower serving the two main level guest bedrooms. The two lower level guest bedrooms are both en suite.

There is a large living room with separate dining area - a large well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar - and a laundry room – and a daily maid except weekends. If you ask, she will sort out your washing. You do not need to take any towels, sheets etc with you.

All living/bedrooms have sliding doors onto a south facing patio with uninterrupted view to sea on horizon - overlooking large swimming pool which is served by its own separate changing room loo and shower.

The house has a double garage and is set in its own 3 acres of uncultivated land. It is comprehensively and comfortably furnished.
 

 

 

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 5 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, water skiing, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, walking, horse riding, golf, tennis, historic sites, a zoo, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Aiken says: "I just got back from the villa with eight of my friends. When we arrived we were surprised at the sheer size of it, especially for the price we paid. The pool was emaculate and large, as was the villa when we got inside, which was also beautiful throughout. It had everything, bar food, already supplied which made it a lot easier to get comfortable right away. Though there was a language barrier, the maid was lovely and courteous throughout our stay, even when we werent up in time for her to clean our rooms. Overall, she was very thorough. The owner was polite, instructive and efficient to reply during our email conversations. The only negative about this house is the distance it is from carvoeiro, the closest town. Being all unable to drive we had to rely on the unreliable taxi services or walking, which would take roughly an hour. Having said this, if I were to go to the Algarve again I would definately choose this villa again, there would be no competition. Regards Aiken Verschuur"
