The villa sleeps 8-10 people comfortably as it offers three bathrooms a large fitted kitchen, lounge and dining room.

Within walking distance to the villa is situated a small supermarket two excellent restaurants and three bar/restaurants. Carvoeiro tennis club is also situated within walking distance which has many tennis courts, a gym and a large swimming pool. 1.5km away are two of the Algarves most prestigeous golf courses that of Gramacho and Pinta
The villa boasts off road parking for two cars and a rear entrance gate that leads onto the back patio/barbcue area. Within a small drive from Avagarosa are most of the Algarves finest beaches.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

John says: "We had a tremendous time for our first holiday in Portugal. The villa had everything we needed and was perfect for sharing with friends. The salt water pool was fantastic, and the location superb for access to some of the best local beaches. The villa was very clean and well kept. Many evening BBQs and breakfasts were enjoyed on the patio. What impressed us most were the beaches there near Carvoeiro. We rated Praia Marinha as probably the best that we had seen during our stay. We visited about 10 local beaches to come to that conclusion. We also investigated some of the beaches (near Lagos and Portimao) highly rated by tour guidebooks. Nothing matched the quality and features of the local beaches around Carvoeiro. The beach at Odeceixe has to get special mention, worth a trip up the west coast less than 90 minutes away. I have an autoimmune reaction towards chlorine that prevents me from swimming in chlorinated pools, so the saltwater pool was very welcome. I have to add that with kids, the pool offers flexibility as you are not pressured to head to the beach in extreme heat. We had a memorable vacation and one we hope to do again with friends. "
