This 3,000 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa is DIRECTLY on the beach. The views from almost every room are breathtaking.

It is part of an intimate complex of muiti-coloured Caribbean styled villas and has a beautiful, 5-Tier Cascading Pool with Waterfalls and whirlpool tub. One of those pools is only 3' deep -- ideal for children or non-swimmers. Lounge Chairs. Peaceful, Serene, Relaxing.

The main floor has a large kitchen with granite countertops, a dinette area which seats 4, and a dining table which seats 6. The kitchen has a side-by-side refrigerator, range with oven, dishwasher and built-in microwave. Fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc.

Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms. The Master has a king-sized bed and ensuite, the 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. On the 4th level, climbed to by a wrought iron winding staircase, is a small office area / optional sleeping area.

The lower level , which has a walk-out directly to the beach, has a comfortable seating / viewing area for the large screen TV, with DVD/Video player, and many movies to choose from. It also has a pull-out queen-sized bed, a double futon and a pull out single bed, so the villa could hold 11 people. There is a full bathroom and laundry room on the lower level as well.
 

 

 

Large screen TV (with DVD & VCR) & Seating Area in the lower area. NOTE: There is a Dining Room which seats 6 AND a dinette which seats 4. 5 people can sleep in the lower/beach level, (2 double pullouts & 1 single pullout) -- great place to send the kids. One person can sleep in the loft.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Lower Level / Beach level, 2 double sofa beds. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, scuba diving, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find shopping areas, a themepark.

Sue says: "We loved the place. It was perfect for us. We don't like being in the tourist areas (Seven Mile Beach) so we thoroughly enjoyed the location at the East End. We got up every morning and sat on the deck overlooking the water. It was wonderful. The place itself is beautiful and all the furnishings were of great quality. The pools were lovely also. There are only a couple of things I mention. First, the beach was exactly as I expected (so it was no surprise for me), but it is not a laying out/swimming beach. It is beautiful to sit and gaze upon, but you will need to drive to a different beach if you want to swim/snorkel, especially if you have kids. Second, the place could have used a few more regular outdoor chairs. Other than those things, the place was fabulous. We really enjoyed the Lighthouse Restaurant and the Ocean Frontiers Dive Shop staff was great!!! If you have a group of 6 or more, I suggest a charter boat to Stingray City Sandbar. We went with Sail Cayman. They were great. I suggest you book online for a 10-15% discount."
