Modern 2 bedroom two bath, 1000 sq feet in size, private master bedroom with bath, very nice living room with pass through to kitchen, fully furnished , kitchen has all appliances, relaxing setting yet close to all tours. Lovely swimming pool and tennis courts, large tropical setting, located one mile off main road, close to Costa Ricas best park, Manuel Antonio. These condominiums are very well set up for two couples or for an adult family.
You will love the wildlife near the property, the tour that takes you on the mangroves to see the monkies and animals leaves right next door to the complex. Chino tours is the best for this. There is a small restaurant on the property or you can drive or take a taxie to Quepos or Manuel Antonio ( 10-15 minutes)

Inside the condominium
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, private bath, seperate tv, dressing table, luggage rack, the bath has a shower and tub and is fully tiled. The ceiling is raised and has a ceiling fan. There is a large seperate closet next to the bathroom. The masterbedroom has a door that seperates it from the rest of the unit when closed.
The guest room has two twin beds, dressing table, large storage closet, and a ceiling fan.
There is original art on the walls and lots of room for guest in the living room. The covered porch outside the living room has 4 chairs and overlooks the green area and the pool.
