The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 2 twin and 2 cots. The property also has 3 single sofa beds located in the bedroom, 2 double sofa beds located in the living room. This gives room for up to 13 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The villa has a sauna.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym, a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 13 in the living room and 13 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
