HOUSE „PLEMENITAS“, GORSKI KOTAR, PLEMENITAS
The house "Plemenitas" is situated in the croatian mountainous region Gorski Kotar above river Kupa in village of Plemenitas The house is 300 years old and has been renovated in 2007. The authenticity of the traditional house has been preserved and the inside of the house is with all modern faciliates, and nice furnished. Plemenitas is small beautiful village founded in the heart of nature. The origins of the village can be tracked as far back as 17th century by famous Croatian noble family Frankopans. There comes out the name of the village „Plemenitas“ that means „noble man“. In the village there is an old church and museum of the sclupture. Some artists are living there and specially in summer you can meet many young scluptorists from whole world attending the summer school of sclupture. This beautiful area is an ideal place to find tranquility and to live with nature, but also to be active if you like.Whenever you come you will find something to do, in winter enjoying activities in the snow, in summer bathing, kayaking, or fishing, however in autumn collecting grapes from the wineyards, or apples, berrys and nuts or hunting.

The cottage comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The cottage has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The cottage has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, vinyl records, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this cottage.

The cottage is in a very quiet area. It has a garden, a summer house, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the cottage you will find boat hire, climbing, horse riding, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the cottage you will find cycling, mountain biking.
