This fully air conditioned villa is situated on Sandy Ridge, a new community, on the SR532, close to Walt Disney World. It is on a large corner plot with woodland views to the side and rear, for extra privacy.

The villa is ideally located being on a quiet development surrounded by conservation land but within a short distance of all the Theme Parks and other amenities.
 

There are two master bedrooms (one king sized, one queen sized) both with en-suite bath/shower rooms making our villa ideal for two families. One of these has a bathroom with a separate toilet with a door to the pool area, doubling as a pool bathroom. There are two further bedrooms each with twin beds and if necessary there is a sofa bed in the living room, allowing the villa to sleep 10.

The family room has colour TV and DVD, with further TVs in all the bedrooms. All the TVs are connected to the cable system providing over 70 different channels. There are also a small selection of DVDs to watch, and a selection of board games for when you run out of TV channels or DVDs.

There is wireless broadband internet access if you want to bring your laptop.

The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with ice maker. So if you decide to eat in you should have everything you’ll need.

In the separate utility room there is a washer and a tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
 

Our luxury villa has a large pool 30’ by 15’ with spa. Unlike some other properties on the development our house has an extended deck area giving plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. All of this extended area is covered by a screen which covers the whole of the back of the house. This allows you to enjoy watching the dragonflies whilst relaxing in the spa but the mosquitoes can’t enjoy biting you! There is plenty of cushioned patio furniture so everyone gets a seat. We also have a selection of pool toys for the younger members of your party to enjoy. The pool has the added safety feature of a removable barrier for the protection of small children and non-swimmers

For when the sun is too hot there is a covered lanai with a ceiling fan to provide some shade and a breeze. It is also ideal for eating out in the evening or just for enjoying a drink whilst watching the sun go down behind the trees. The lights on the lanai can be dimmed and there are solar lights in the plants on the decking making this a great place to sit and chat even after the sun has gone.
 

The villa has a large pool, with spa and extended deck area. It has woodland to side and rear giving more privacy and a lot more space than other houses. There is a gas barbeque. There is a Games Room with 8ft pool table, air hockey, foosball and electronic darts.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a garden, a west facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire.

John says: "The property and well maintained and extremely well furnished. It felt like we were staying at the owners home rather than a rented villa. Prior to the trip the owner was very helpful in answering our questions and queries and even bought a cot and high chair so our 19 month old daughter could use them. During the holiday the local agent was on hand to help when needed and the free use of the office computer and internet access was a nice touch (for those of us that do not have laptops and unable to use the villas wifi). Overall the excellent property, owner and local agent really meant that we could focus on enjoying the holiday. Many thanks and see you again when we return next time. "
