Our recently constructed, fully airconditioned beautiful home in Florida Pines has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and its own private heated pool. Florida Pines is located off US27 close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. In addition there is a childrens playground and a community swimming pool.

The Villa is 15 mins from Disney World and there are several golf courses within 10 mins drive. Orlando International Airport is approx 30 mins away, Sanford Airport is approx 1 hour. Ideally situated in the centre of the State the Gulf Coast beaches are approx 90 mins drive, whilst the Atlantic Coast (home to kennedy Space Centre) and Cocoa and Daytona Beaches are a 1 hour drive.

Our villa is 5 mins from Publix Supermarket and 10 mins from the Walmart supercentre. There are a selection of restaurants within about 3 mins drive from the villa. There are about 30 golf courses in the area, 3 within 5 mins drive including the 36 hole Jack Nicklaus designed Champions Gate. 

 

We provide everything for a home from home vacation. We have 5 TVs, 2 DVDs, 2 VCRs, 2CD players and a PS2 with games. FREE wireless internet access - just bring your laptop. Fabulous Fifties Diner themed games room with pool table, air hockey, foosball, electronic darts and giant chess.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the queen size in second lounge area. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
