The second bedroom has a double bed and there are two further twin bedrooms all fully furnished and easy access to the second bathroom with his and her vanity units and over bath shower. The lounge, master bedroom, and lanai have the additional benefits of ceiling fans.
There is parking for 2 cars on the driveway. Cars parked on the street between 10.00pm and 7.00am will be towed away at owners expense. 

The villa is ideally located for touring all the major attractions. The house is located on US27, just 2 miles north of US192 and only 8.5 miles to the main gates of Disney World - a ten minute drive. We are not far from Universal Studios and Seaworld. There is an enormous Walmart that is open 24 hours, only 2 minutes away by car. Also Publix, Winn-Dixie and other shops only 2 minutes away. There are banks, petrol stations and various restaurants within a short drive. The main Highway 192 provides a huge selection of restaurants and take-aways. There is a communal pool and childrens play area within the exclusive gated community of Mission Park. Golf and tennis are only a short 5 minute drive away. Shopping malls are a short drive away. Our home is close to absolutely everything, yet far enough away from the hustle & bustle to enjoy a relaxing holiday!

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
