Welcome to our luxury 4 bedroom holiday home situated in the stunningly beautiful and peaceful award-winning gated community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. It is located approximately 20 minutes from the Disney Parks and just 50 minutes from the Gulf and Space Coasts. Our villa is ideally located for the numerous attractions Florida has to offer. Our manager lives only 2 minutes away, so should you need help or advice with anything he is readily available.
Our home offers spectacular views from the private, heated and screened pool. It is furnished to the highest specifications to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. The house is tiled throughout and has air conditioning and heating for your year-round comfort. The villa sleeps 8 privately, with an additional 2 on two fully sprung queen-sized bed settees.
 

The magnificent living room, measuring 26 feet by 23 feet, with an 18 feet vaulted ceiling, offers an airy, bright and beautiful living space, with two sets of patio windows leading to the pool area with private views over the golf course. There are 3 three-seater sofas (one of which is a fully-sprung queen sofa bed), a large cable TV, DVD player, hi-fi, games and books to help you relax.
The dining area has a large, beautiful burnished oak dining table with 8 chairs to bring a touch of class to your dining. There is also a telephone with answering machine for your use.
The kitchen area has an additional dining nook with table and 8 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a large cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal, toaster and coffee maker, as well as an abundance of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils to provide for your every need.
Also downstairs there is a separate toilet and a Utility which is equipped with a large washer, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. In addition there is a high chair, cot and stair gate available for your convenience at no extra cost.
The master bedroom has a luxury queen bed, cable TV, a two-seater sofa, dressing table, walk-in wardrobe and patio doors to the pool deck. There is an en suite with twin basins, a Roman bath, large walk-in shower and separate toilet.
The large double garage contains a table tennis table, games table, tennis raquets and balls, toys and games for your entertainment.
Upstairs, bedroom 2 has a luxury queen bed, a large built in wardrobe, cable TV, drawers and a three seater queen sized sofa bed. Bedroom 3 is a twin-bedded room again with a built in wardrobe, drawers, desk and chairs, cable TV, X-Box and playstation. Bedroom 4 has a double bed, walk-in wardrobe, drawers and Cable TV. There is also a bathroom with twin wash basins, bath, shower and toilet.
The pool area is lovely and private with beautiful views over the golf course. There is ample space on the patio for sun loungers, hammock, chairs, an 8 seater table and barbecue. There are outside lights, and the pool has underwater lighting. The three patio doors to the pool area are fitted with electronic alarms which can be used if you have little ones. The pool can be heated if desired (for an additional charge of £13/$25 per day).
 

There are many community and nearby amenities. These include the golf club with restaurant and bar, the award-winning championship golf course of Southern Dunes with Pro-Shop, driving range and practice tees. There are also community tennis courts, pools, gym, children's play area and a fishing lake. Adjacent to Southern Dunes is a 24-hour Wal Mart, 24-hour chemist, Winn Dixie, bank, petrol station, McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Popeye's, Dairy Queen, Blockbuster, and other stores and restaurants.

Magnificent views over the award winning golf course of Southern Dunes. There is an extra large living room, measuring 23ft x 26ft with 18ft vaulted ceiling. There is a telephone with answer machine. Pool heating is available Extras include table tennis table, 9-in-1 games table, pool volley ball and basketball, X Box and games (US) and PSOne and games (UK), books, family games, toys, cot, high chair and stair gate, sun loungers, hammock, patio table and 8 chairs, large cool box, separate eating area in kitchen for 8 people. Queen sleeper-sofas in living room and 2nd bedroom. There are 5 cable TVs in the villa. Outdoor patio and pool lighting. On site there is a golf course and club house, tennis, fishing, children's play area, gym and communal pools. 24 hour Wal Mart 5 minutes walk away. Restaurants, bars, fast food, petrol station, video and games hire are 5 minutes away. There are many lovely walks around Southern Dunes.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the bedroom 2, living room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 9 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, access to a shared west facing swimming pool, a west facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside fishing, golf, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find historic sites, a museum, a zoo, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a theatre/cinema, a themepark.
