Our spacious fully furnished, four bedroom, two bathroom villa is located in the residential sub division of Indian Ridge just 4 miles south of the Walt Disney World Resort entrance.

The villa is air conditioned, carpeted and ceramic floor tiled to a very high standard with a family room, front dining room and games room. There are ceiling fans in all rooms for your added comfort.

The south facing pool is solar heated and totally enclosed in mesh screening with poolside furniture and a covered patio area. Gas heating is available in the cooler months at a small charge There is a gas barbeque which is available for guests free of charge
The kitchen is comprehensively equipped including a fridge freezer with automatic icemaker The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bed linen, towels, coat hangers and hair dryers are provided. .

Facilities include five televisions, vcr & cd player
Electricity, gas, water, twice weekly rubbish collection, US Management Services and cleaning on departure are included. Local telephone calls are free.

The estate also has two recreation areas which include a communal pool, play equipment, basketball, tennis courts and walking paths.

Indian Ridge is only 25 minutes from Orlando International or 50 minutes from Sanford with easy access from the I4 or the 417 Greeneway toll road. Kennedy Space Station on the East coast and St Pete's on the West Gulf coast are only just over an hours drive.

There are numerous golf courses in the vicinity with Mystic Palms our next door neighbours

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The actual villa is maintained to a very high standard, with a large covered pool, games room and tv in every room ensuring everyone could have their own space. It is less than 10 minutes to Disney, 5 minutes from dozens of resturants and the space between it and the adjoining properties ensures your privacy when at the pool. We usually try different areas each year but are already considering just returning here as it ticked all our boxes."
