This is one of the most important considerations when choosing a place to stay on holiday,it certainly was for us which is why we chose our villa on Oak Island Cove.It is part of the prestigious Formosa Gardens Estate the closest area to Disney & all its attractions just 5 mins drive away.yet it consists of just 93 villas in a quiet & peaceful setting 1/2 mile away from the busy highway192 with all its many restaurants shops & supermarkets.It truly is the best of both worlds far enough from the attractions that a stay here can be peaceful but close enough to stroll to restaurants & supermarket if you choose 

Our beautiful pool & spa is south facing so sunshine from morning to night.Indeed in the summer months you may be thankful that our oversize deck area has a covered lanai where you can cool off a little,a real bonus for the younger ones.We have ample sunloungers as well as a table & chairs under the lanai & a BBQ for al fresco eating a must in the summer months when it is wonderful to be sitting outside in the evening with still so much warmth.Another highlight of evenings spent round the pool area is of course a nightime swim & for that we have in our pool& spa multi coloured fibre optic lights to really add to your enjoyment.There are also pool inflatables for the children to play with & the outside is completely surrounded by a hedge, palm trees,& landscaped garden for your privacy  

Our villa is ideally (but not only)suited to 2 families sharing because of its layout.There is a double bedroom & a twin at the front with a full bathroom between,& the master en-suite plus another twin with bathroom at the back so with 2 families each can have their own space.there is free internet access and free phone calls.Every bedroom has a TV as well as the full entertainment system in the lounge with lots of DVDs.The lounge is large & comfortable & has a pool alarm fitted to the patio doors for your childrens safety.There is a formal dining area as well as a breakfast bar & cosy nook in the kitchen for informal eating.Our kitchen is of course fully equipped with everything you would find at home & there is a laundry room with washer/dryer.There are hairdryers in all bathrooms,family games,books,& 3 bikes for guests use. 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage.

Close to the villa you will find boat hire, flying, walking, horse riding, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, historic sites, a museum.

thomas gareth says: "the best thing about this villa was the location . it was literally only a 2 minute drive from the 192 where we could get anything we needed and then only a 5 minute drive to the first disney theme park . the villa it self was situated in a quiet area which was good after having a busy time at the parks . inside the villa was great and it was very clean and the pool and spa were fantastic . the pictures certainly do not do it any justice . the villa management company were also very good they were very helpful and they were more than happy to give any advice . we had a fantastic holiday and the villa certainly played a part in that . if i did go back to florida i would stay at this villa again and i would recomend this villa to my family , friends or anyone else . "
