The villa is a luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom golf villa situated in a prime location on an 18-hole Championship Golf Course, within the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club. Highlands Reserve is widely regarded as one of the most luxurious and perfectly situated sub-divisions in the Disney area.

This exclusive air-conditioned villa is only 10 minutes from the magical resort of Disney and all other major attractions. We have an on-site 18 hole Championship golf course (par 72), and are also extremely close to many other prestigious courses - including several world-class golf courses.

We selected a villa here based on two important factors - location and quality! The idyllic setting, coupled with the close proximity to the major attractions ensures that it provides an ideal holiday retreat for families and golfing parties alike, and the size, quality and design of the villa makes it stand out from many other Florida villas.

As the villa has two Master Bedroom Suites with large luxurious beds, it is ideal for two families to share the property. A further two bedrooms each have twin beds, and there is an additional queen-sized sofa-bed in the second of the two living rooms.

This villa is luxuriously furnished and will cater for your every need, ensuring you experience a luxurious holiday of a lifetime, often for far less than a hotel would cost.

A number of upgrades have recently been implemented in the villa, and photos of the changes will be posted on the website soon.

Upgrades include :
Installation of complementary wireless high-speed internet access and high-specification desktop PC for guest use.
A fully equipped games room (including full-sized pool table, full-sized air-hockey table, table football, and electronic twin basketball game).
Upgraded decoration, furniture, and furnishings.
Luxury bedding and linens in all bedrooms (minimum 300-400 thread count).
All bedrooms now have a TV or TV/DVD unit, and benefit from cable TV.

The villa benefits from a private, screened, South-facing swimming pool, and gets sun all day long. The pool has an extended deck area, and has a large, furnished shaded area which provides a fantastic setting for al fresco dining. There is also a ceiling fan for your added comfort. In addition to the private pool, guests have complementary use of the communal pool if they wish. Guests may also have complementary use of the Highlands Reserve childrens play areas and the private tennis facilities. Rackets and balls are provided in the villa for your use.

Highlands Reserve is also near to many nature trails, should you wish to take advantage of the spectacular surroundings on foot. 

Unlike many villas, the prices we quote include all taxes and bills. The only other charges will be for any other optional extras that you select, such as pool heating or daily maid service etc.

We provide all linens and towels for the whole of your stay, and you have every facility at your disposal to ensure that you have a 'home from home' during your stay.

We have included everything from the essentials such as a cooker, washing machine and dryer - through to a home cinema system, hairdryers, cable tv, and a fully equipped games room.

The villa is extremely private, and you are able to enjoy a relaxing holiday without the usual close proximity and intrusion from neighbours. Highlands Reserve is a challenging par 72 championship golf course, regarded as one of the best in the Orlando area. The villas recent upgraded facilities make it one of the most luxurious and best value villas in the Disney area. We provide any assistance we can to ensure that guests have a truly memorable stay, and as a testimony to this and the quality of the accomodation, we benefit from a large number of repeat guest bookings.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Located in the second longe. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 9 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
