Our Villa is situated on a pleasant and exclusive site, designed especially to help you have a great holiday. It is comfortably equipped with everything you might need to have a great stay in Florida, and all items have been selected with that in mind.

Our Villa is ideally located off the SR27 'Gateway to Florida'. It is within easy reach of all the main attractions, in fact, Disney is only 15 minutes away, Sea World is around 25 minutes and Universal about 30 minutes.If you are interested in the Kennedy Space Centre, it can be found on the East coast, about 1 hours easy drive away.For those wanting to visit the popular Busch Gardens, or St Petersburg beach, you can be there in around 50 minutes.We have a chemist and a Supermarket within 5 minutes of the Villa. For those who can't resist a trip to Walmart, we have a superstore 10 minutes up the road.

As another option, we are within very easy reach of major shopping Malls, good eating venues, from Fast food, to quality Restaurants, and many convenience stores. DVD's can be hired locally, and Filling Stations are also conveniently nearby.For Golf lovers, Florida provides a huge selection of superb courses, and the top class Champions Gate Course is literally five minutes down the road, and many others within half an hours drive. As you can see, a car is essential, and makes getting around so much easier. A double driveway and garage provides security for you car.
