We welcome non smoker families with children to our villa website. We visited Florida a few years ago and decided to buy our own home here. As we have 5 children & now grandchildren we wanted something that combined both luxury & family holidays we have therefore tried to equip our villa with all the little extras that make life comfortable for adults and fun for children big & small as we know only too well that happy children = happy adults. We believe we have catered for most peoples needs & as everything is lent free of charge inc computer, videos, toys & baby equipment, towels etc we do ask that our guest respect our property. Our villa has been fully refurnished to a high standard. And lastly we wish you a happy & enjoyable vacation where ever you choose to stay

 

We are situated on the Prestigious Lindfields residential development Quiet, yet only a few minutes from Disney and the Interstate 4 which is the main road to all the major attractions and the airports. Sleeps up to 10 people with ease plus a pullout sofa bed in the living room and can sleep 2 more. 4 bedrooms (2 master suites), 3 full bathrooms fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout, cable TV in most rooms, TV, DVD and video in family room, large heated pool (15x30) with extended pool deck full sized screened pool enclosure (will not affect your suntan!) luxuriously furnished throughout, There is a computer for you to use with free internet access, telephone with free local calls. Close to interstate 4, 192 and only 5 miles from Disney & other major attractions, with the new celebrations & championship golf courses nearby.

Most of your days will be spent in the theme parks, but don't forget to have a few days rest relaxing in our wonderful enclosed south facing pool. We provide pool toys & arm bands. As we all know too much sunshine can be a dangerous thing so we have a large covered pool deck area with ceiling light, big enough for the children to play and for you to rest in the shade.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the it is located in the family room 1 double bunk bed located in the this is in the disney room double on the bottom and single on top. This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, vinyl records, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking, cycling, a restaurant.

Close to the villa you will find swimming, water skiing, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, fishing.

Disney theme parks are only 10 mins drive away

Gday Nick and Gill from the coolness climes of Canada! I was one of the party, belonging to Chris/Kelly Howard (the mom of Chris) who spent an amazing week at your villa. The weather was continuously glorious the whole week (quite an unusual occurrence while Kelly is on vacation - usually rains every single day that she is away from home!). Your house is very inviting to all those who visit the sunshine state of Florida.. - with television sets in all the rooms - we were able to choose our main viewing (thank you!)...did have to go on to the computer every few hours to see how the Canadian teams were doing, and I wish to thank you for that feature as well. Extremely beneficial in tracking down how other countries were faring other than the US teams! So, thank you - muchly appreciated. Christopher and I did take a lot of heat about the mens Canadian ice hockey team being ousted by the Russians...Read several of the comments in the sign-in booklet and Kelly added her thanks only to the growing list of people who stay in your villa. We had not computer problems, no housekeeping problems, nor pool/spa problems. Do appreciate the extra items kept in the larder and we added our few as well.

The temperatures were unbelievably grand - between 26C every day - and the sun shone with no humidity. As we were leaving at 5:30 on the Thurs morning - the temp had already reached 18C. Again, I just want to thank you for allowing visitors to book into your space. With 2 children ླ months/3 years) it is the perfect setting.
