Our fully equipped kitchen comes with everything needed to prepare a simple snack or a full meal.
Meals can be served in the formal dining area (seats 6 in comfort) or in the nook (seats 6)
For those guests who prefer eating out there are a wide selection of restaurants along highway 192 and within a 10 minute drive. A 24hr Walmart supermarket is a 5 minute drive

3 further ensuite bedrooms have either a king, queen or 2 large single beds. All have bedside tables with lamp and radio alarm clock, dresser, cable TV, walk in wardrobe and ensuite with bath/shower/wc/hand basin
The remaining 2 rooms are ideal for the kids each having 2 single beds, bedside table with lamp and radio alarm clock, walk in wardrobe and cable TV and are themed with Nemo and Pooh Bear. These 2 rooms share a bath/shower/wc/hand basin

The property is fully air conditioned and the ensuite bedrooms also benefit from a ceiling fan 

Our villa is located at Terra Verde, a gated resort community of 3 – 7 bedroom properties completed at the end of 2004. Guests are able to enjoy all the facilities that it offers. Located on Poinciana off highway 192 at marker 10, the resort is within easy distance of the attractions of Central Florida, Disney, Universal and Sea World to name a few. For guests arriving at Orlando International there is an easy 21 mile drive including the small detour to collect our villa keys

The clubhouse houses the concierge office, cyber café, fitness centre, sauna and spa, whilst outside is a resort size pool with sun deck and loungers. A tiki hut, beach volley ball court, kids play area with climbing rock together with a stocked fishing lake adds to the impressive list of facilities.

For your safety and security the gatehouse is manned 24/7 and our villa is alarmed. Our front door uses a unique code for the duration of your stay - there is no longer the need to return keys at the end of your stay
 

We have taken great care to furnish the villa to a very high standard using the services of professional designers and top quality furnishings When assessing the suitability of this villa for your vacation needs we would suggest you inspect our floor plan and room photos - we are always happy to answer questions by email or telephone

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 3 twin, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 6 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Our villa is on a level plot with 1 ensuite bedroom (King size bed) on the ground floor.with a walk in shower. The villa has standard width doorways and has no provision for guests who require grab handles for assistance

The villa is right beside swimming, fishing.

Close to the villa you will find horse riding, golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.
