Our lovely homes has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, which has a king size bed and television. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third and 4th bedrooms both have two twin beds in each. These 3 bedrooms share a full bathroom, and the 3rd bathroom is near the laundry facility room. All bedrooms are fully carpeted. 

Our lovely home has brand new upgraded furniture with couches and end tables, full tv viewing. Our villa has tile thru out the living room and kitchen areas. The dining room seats 6 with 3 bar stools in the kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are ceiling fans thru out our home.
The laundry area is inside our home and also has ironing board and iron. The pool bathroom which is a full bathroom leads out to the private screened in pool area. 

Our lovely private screened in pool is south facing so sun all day, with covered lanai and patio furniture for the whole family to enjoy. 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a garden, a tennis court. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, fishing, horse riding, golf, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.
