The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. Michael says: "Excellent clean and tidy villa with much to do with the pool and the great games rooom when not at Disney. Located nicely away from the main Disney area, but easily reachable in 20/25 minutes. Only real issue that we faced was the pool was expensive to heat, but necessary when we visited in October. Would definitely recommend a visit and even go again ourselves."
