Our luxury detatched villa was brand new in February 2005. It is situated on the prestigious new Windwood Bay development and nestles in a beautiful natural setting, surrounded by conservation area and wetlands. A short walk brings you to a nature trail around a lake. Windood Bay is a sought after community with a mix of rental and residential properties. Champions Gate Resort is only a few minutes away and offers 2 world class golf courses designed bu Greg Norman and the David Leadbetter Gold Academy. There is also a very convenient range of shops at the local Plaza at Champions Gate. The villa is about 15 minutes from Disney and other main attractions. The glorious beaches of St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Sarasota are just 75 minutes away to the West and Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona and Cocoa Beach the same distance to the East. 

The villa has one en suite King bedroom, two en suite Queen bedrooms and two twin bedded rooms with separate family bathroom and shower facilities. It has a private screened swimming pool with is south facing enabling you to soak up the Florida sunshine. As a magical touch, the pool has a fibre optic lighting system that allows the pool to change colours and light up at night. There is also luxurious pool furniture for your dining and relaxation needs. The pool has a safety fence required by Florida Law which must be kept up at all times when there are young children staying in the villa. Should you require extra pool heat, it can be arranged and there is an additional charge payable locally. 

The villa has a massive 3400 sqyare feet of living space - larger than most - and sleeps up to 10 people. It is air conditioned and also has ceiling fans in most rooms. All bed linen and towels are provided including pool and beach towels. Stroller, highchair, crib and bedding are provided at no extra charge. Our local Management Company are available 24/7 should you need them. 

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Downstairs in formal lounge. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, walking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, flying.
