My Sunshine Villa is a large 5 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom executive property located on the exclusive resort of Highgrove. This is a new development of luxurious Mediterranean style villas, located just 6 miles from Disney, so an excellent base to visit all the theme parks.
Our villa is fully air conditioned and has been furnished to the highest standards for your comfort and convenience. It offers 2700 sq ft of space to allow easily accomodation of 10-12 people.


Outside

There is a large south facing pool and Jacuzzi with Mediterranean style block paved surround. Pool heating is available should you required it (Oct - May)
The screened pool area is equipped with padded sun loungers and table / chairs. A covered lanai offers shading from the bright Florida sun


 

Downstairs

There are two large family room areas offering spacious and comfortable area for the whole family to relax, with large TV, PlayStation-2 and plenty of games ,books to keep everyone happy.
The kitchen has a separate dining area and has high quality fully fitted facilities, including:
High quality units / Large cooker(Range), microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer / Kettle, iron, and ironing-board / Waste disposal unit, ice-maker / Dinnerware, cutlery, cooking utensils, cooking pans, oven dishes and glassware.
Leading off the kitchen is the utility and powder room.

Upstairs
Master bedroom is a very spacious room with king size bed, sitting area with large TV, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite offering oversize showering facility, his 'n' hers wash basins, bath and separate toilet
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, with large walk-in wardrobes, ceiling fan, TV and overlooks the pool and patio area
Bedroom 3 has twin beds and overlooks the pool area. It has a built-in wardrobe/closet, TV and ceiling fan. It shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2.
Bedroom 4/5 - Two tastefully decorated twin rooms perfect for the younger guests. There are built-in double wardrobes, TV's and ceiling fans. One room overlooks the pool and one overlooks the front garden. The two rooms share a bathroom.
All 5 bedrooms have TV's, power sockets and high quality bedding

 

High Grove is a small development with a clubhouse and communal pool . This gives you the opportunity to meet similar visitors to Florida and a play area with swings / climbing frames keep the younger children happy too.


Extras

We have provided cooler box for you to use aroun dthe parks or if you're off the the beach. There are plenty of Tupperare boxes for nibbles/snacks and Beach towels , to save you from having to bring any.
This villa is a home from home experience giving you and your family all the comforts and special touches you love when on holiday. 

This large property offers the full home from home comforts and facilities . It will house 1 or more family groups with an excellent level of comfort and furnishings .

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 3 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, fishing, golf, tennis, a sports center, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, horse riding.

Hot Air ballooning available within 30 mins. Numerous , excellent Golf courses with 5 mins .

Located 6 miles from Disney Theme parks . Close to Universal Studios , Sea World , Water Parks .

Peter says: "A well kept, large, cool house, with plenty of room for evryone. the master bedroom was indeed extremely impressive, and the other bedrooms of very good size. Everything you need was there. In ideal location, near enough to Disney, and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within short drive. As for the Irish bar just outside the gates....fantastic. Do go to karaoke night, the standard is superb."
