The villa is fully furnished and equipped for eight guests plus a baby – everything you need for the perfect holiday – even towels & bedding. Three of the bedrooms have cable TV with DVD players. The lounge also boasts a DVD player, as well as a video recorder. There is a playstation 2, with a few games, for ‘virtual’ entertainment. Just bring your clothes and an empty suitcase to take home all your bargain shopping!!

The Southern Dunes Clubhouse features a superb restaurant and bar – just right for eating out, especially after a round or two!!

There are also three community pools, tennis/basketball courts, fishing lake and kiddies play area within the development.

Our spacious villa sleeps two guests in each of the four bedrooms, plus the sofa in the lounge converts to an extra double bed. There is also a cot and highchair so baby is comfortable too!

There is a full size washer and dryer in the separate utility room – and the whole villa is airconditioned/heated.

 

Fancy a steak for dinner?? Why not try Manny’s? Just turn left out of Southern Dunes estate and within half a mile its on your right!! Delicious 14 oz ribeye aged steak, cooked just the way you like it!! Try their hot rolls with cinnamon butter….and there endless salad bowl…. Exceptional value for money, but… get there early as they are extremely popular!!! Specials on Wednedays are buy one get one free on the fajitas!!

Fancy something fishy?? How about Garrys Oyster Bar and Seafood Restaurant? Turn left out of Southern Dunes, then, after a couple of miles, turn right onto the 17-92 westbound. After about 4 miles Garry’s is on your right. Try their oysters!! Have a dozen at the table – or sit up to the bar and have a bucket of approx 40!!! Oyster lovers heaven!! What about their seafood platter – delicious snow crab legs, lobster tail and scallops, served with your choice of baked potato, fries or grits. Again, get there early, especially on Tuesdays when they serve all-you-can-peel-and-eat shrimp!!!

Staying in for dinner and fancy a take away?? What about Dominos Pizza or 1st Wok Chinese – just ring them up and they will deliver!!!

 

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

House trained, well behave dogs accepted. Any damage or additional cleaning required will be deducted from the security deposit.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, access to a shared west facing swimming pool, a west facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, fishing, golf, tennis, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find horse riding, a zoo, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, a themepark.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: The villa Rebecca was perfect for our family holiday in August 2005. It was our first villa holiday in Florida, and we chose this villa because of the fantastic golf facilities which I have explained later. The villa was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had no problems with any of the appliances and it was fully equipped with everything we needed. We can fully recommend!!!

Re: Golf

The Southern Dunes Golf Course is rated the 6th best golf course in Florida
and is a fair test of golf for all players of all abilities. The holes have
several tee boxes to make the course from 6200 yards to 7300 yards long
approximately.

Traditional Bermudan grass makes up the rough and most golfers would know
how difficult that is to get out of. The fairways and greens are immaculate
and every day.

There are club house facilities bar and restaurant and also the prices of
the golf always include the use of a buggy.

You would need to book any golf separately and the best advice is to check
the golf club website www.southerndunes.com to see if there are any deals
on. This will also give you pictures of the course and a course card.
