It is large and luxurious with stunning views over the lake and conservation area. The villa is air-conditioned, and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite). One of the baths is round and big enough for two! There is an elegant lounge and dining area, an archway leads you into the fully furnished kitchen, breakfast area and family room. The pool (with covered lanai) has a Jacuzzi/spa, and there are sunloungers, a table and chairs. The villa has everything you could wish for including Broadband Internet access, 4 TVs (one extra large), PlayStation 2 (PS2) with latest games, Stereo, Video, DVD, games, books and all the linen is included. It is set within the prestigious gated community of Cumbrian Lakes which has nature trails, playground and four large lakes. Shopping and restaurants are only 5 mins away, on the 192. It is within 12 mins of most main attractions and 1 hour from the Gulf Coast. 

Cumbrian Lakes is a quiet and peaceful gated community situated just minutes from Highway '192' off Poinciana Boulevard (Near MEDIEVAL TIMES). It backs onto a large conservation area and there are four lakes, the main lake has a fountain, a jogging and nature trail around it and there is also a small children's play area. The '192' which is just 5 minutes away, it hosts a huge selection of restaurants including: Red Lobster, Ruby Tuesday for great burgers!, Pizza Hut, Perkins, Chinese Buffet and several Italian's amongst plenty of shops including a large Wal-mart. Disney and all the major attractions including Sea World are within 10-15 minutes drive, Orlando International airport is just 30 minutes away and the nearest beaches are about 1 hour away. Golfers have about top class 20 courses to choose from.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Jacquie says: "Cumbrian Lakes was an ideal holiday home for families. It had all the facilities needed with a beautiful pool and spa overlooking the lake. The villa is situated about 10/15 minutes from Disney World making it an ideal base for visiting the parks whilst staying off site. There are numerous eating and shopping places within easy distance. It is ideal for those with children as safety has been considered especially around the pool but the villa would equally appeal to any group vising the area. We had a wonderful holiday at Cumbrian Lakes and would certainly recommend the villa to any family."
