Generally the villa is bright and airy with recent refurbishments introducing new carpets and luxury leather sofas!

There are two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two twin bedrooms and a further family bathroom.

The kitchen is complete with coffee maker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob, and all utensils are provided.

A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for your convenience, and towels and bed linen are provided.

The villa is centrally air-conditioned for your comfort, and the pool is heated to enable year-round use.

There is a 32 inch television, dvd and video provided in the living area with further televisions in ALL bedrooms, games room and two further dvd's!

The private south facing pool overlooks conservation views for maximum privacy and ample chairs and loungers are provided.

Sunset lakes is built around a beautiful lake, with a large communal pool and a childrens play area. The estate is gated for your privacy and security.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, fishing, walking.

Close to the villa you will find boat hire, cycling, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, flying, horse riding, historic sites, a museum, a zoo.
