* Bedroom 3 with 2 twin beds, 27 inch cable TV and Playstation2, walk in wardrobes

The use of our home includes use of pool safety system, 2 cots, 2 highchairs, push chairs, safety gates and socket protectors

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking, golf, tennis, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find swimming, a zoo, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, flying, cycling, horse riding, a sports center, scuba diving, a museum, a theatre/cinema.
